In order to attend Summercamp a new Health Physical is Required. This Year National Boy Scouts of America Changed its Health Physical requirements. Everyone attending summercamp adult or youth is required to have a yearly physical and the BSA health form is required to be filled out. The form that is needed is attached below. The following information was provided in the Woodland Trails Leaders Guide published a couple of weeks ago. Fee Information and Schedule The camper deposit for the 2009 season is $35.00 and due to the Miami Valley Council offices by March 2, 2009. For early bird pricing, remaining fees are due May 1, 2009. Camper deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable for the current season only. In order for a camper to receive the early bird pricing and limited edition council strip, all deposits must be paid by March 2 and remaining fees by May 1.
