Here is an update schedule of events for troop 127 for 2009... Items in red in the attachment have already happened. August 14th -16th Natural Bridge Campout with hike 25lb Backpack September 18th -20th TVT (Twin Valley Trail) Hike overnighter 30lb Backpack October 23rd -25th Mischa Mokwa Adventure Trail November 13th – 15th Campout (Old Mans Cave) December 18th -20th Campout (Christmas---Midnight Bowling) January 2010 16th Klondike Derby 24th Perfect North Ski-Snowboard-Tubing February 2010 6th - 7th Church Lock-in (Yearly Activities Planning) 13th Bushwhack Hike March 2010 13th Scouting for Food bag Drop-off 20th Scouting for Food Pickup

June 5-7th Greenville Treaty Camporee. This campout scouts should Arrive at the cabin no later than 6pm on Friday night. Cost is $10 per person Plus food cost. so please bring $20 to the campout per scout. The Adult Leaders will be running their own Patrol this weekend. We will return to the cabin around 12:oo noon on Sunday. June 12th -13th Relay for Life Relay for life is scheduled to start at 6pm so scouts should plan on arriving to the Farmersville Community Park around 4:30 on Friday afternoon to setup the monkey bridge. We will be performing the flag ceremony to start the event so please make sure scout shirts are pressed and on hangers when the scouts arrive. The event ends at noon on Saturday . Adult leaders are needed to be present on Saturday starting at 6AM because Scoutmaster Dale, Renee Dale, and Greg Garner will be attending a training on Saturday. Families are encouraged to attend this event as it show our support for Cancer Survivors, loved ones, and those still struggling with this disease. |

Hi Everyone, We have an opportunity to get new Troop t-shirts made for the troop and troop families. They will be a three color design and, 100% cotton. The cost will be $10.00 a shirt. Once we get our design to the Printer, she will get together several samples and send them back to us to choose from. Then we can also, decide on what and how many different colors of shirts we want our final design on. Please e-mail me all the sizes for your family as soon as possible so, we can get the process started. Also please include the number of shirts you want per person.
